They might have to clip coupons to pay for Thanksgiving Dinner, but they can walk out their front door and watch Macy’s Thanksgiving parade in person. They might have to drink cheap champagne on New Years Eve, but they can drink it as they revel in Times Square as they watch that famous ball slide down in person while millions of people around the planet watching the festivities on television wish they were there.
Travelling is all about the traveller, not so much on the destination. It is easy to differentiate between a traveller and non-traveller. One is open-minded, accepting, humble, gracious, imaginative, spontaneous and fun-loving. The other is neither.
